Workout Formula

The workouts will always consist of a Primary focus for the day. A technical lift, strength exercise, complexes, intervals, circuits, and other styles will be the first training block that we complete. Since, we encourage you to track your progress, its important to feel fresh and energized with your primary focus for that day.

Then, later in the workout we will move to a mixed modal aerobic or anaerobic based style of training. The goal behind this is to provide a workout that will give you the best results, in the shortest amount of time possible.
