Our Story
At Latitude 32 Fitness, we serve all fitness levels—whether you’ve been lifting for years or you’ve never stepped foot in a gym. Each session is led by a professional coach who guides you through a warm-up, explains the workout step-by-step, and demos what to do (and what not to do).
There’s no cookie-cutter programming here. Everything is adaptable. You’ll learn how to move better, build real strength, and train smart—with modifications and priorities that fit you.
It’s the most affordable way to train with a strength and conditioning professional. In fact, we’ve been told our coaching is better than most personal training out there. This is for everybody.
