Absolutely the best gym I have ever experienced!

When I first heard about Latitude 32 Fitness, I was intimidated at the thought of doing a crossfit-style workout with a bunch of people I have never met. I have never consistently worked out and was certainly not in “crossfit” shape. I had hip and knee injuries, was not a runner and did not particularly enjoy working out. I am so glad that I didn’t let that stop me and decided to try it anyway.

Joining Latitude 32 Fitness was the best thing that I have done for myself in years and I cannot recommend it highly enough!


I started coming to Latitude 32 for all the right reasons. I wanted a change in how I felt. My friend had been telling me for several months it will change your life.

When I finally came in it did change my life. At 40 years old I haven’t felt this good since I was 20 and in the Marines. In 2017 I was able to complete one of my life long goals of doing Triathlons. Not only did I do 1 I did 5 Triathlons in 2017. With each one my times got faster and I felt better each time.

Latitude 32 Fitness helped me achieve my goals and get there. This isn’t your regular gym or Crossfit training. It’s a healthy and good workout.
